My favorite slippers

Dress Up

Talitha has been trying to wear my shoes for a month or two now. She finally figured out how to get them both on and walk. Up till now it's only been one at a time. Now that she figured it out Talitha loves to wear my shoes and carry my purses around the house.

Moon Boots

These boots are still 3 sizes to big but Talitha couldn't wait to wear them. They light up on the bottom when she walks. They were given to her from her friend Asha who is almost 3 now. Thanks Asha, she loves them!! Since they are so big she should be able to get lots of wear out of them.

I am so happy to see the deer are back!! We haven't seen them since the loud fireworks at the 4th of July. The small family was in our front yard eating from our apple tree. Talitha and I watched from the window as they ate for 5 minutes before passing on to the neighbor's yard. It was so cool, I just wanted to go out and pet them they were so close.

No matter how hard I try I can not keep the mess contained. And when it's this much fun who can blame her for wanting to feed herself every time.

Family Study Night

Mamma Robin

Outside our living room window in the small tree there is a momma Robbin. She just made her nest a few weeks ago and she sits on her eggs and hunts for worms in our front yard. It's amazing to watch her. We can't wait to see the new baby birds when they finally hatch. We feel so blessed to be living in such a beautiful place.

Making Salad With Mommy

I gave Talitha her own bowl with a spoon and the left over pieces of unused salad and she had so much fun helping me make salad for dinner. She's an excellent little helper!!
