I always thought it was kind of just a funny joke when people would compare giving birth to trying to squeeze something the size of a watermelon out the hole the size of a lemon. Apparently there is more truth to that than I thought. Babycenter.com compares the size of 39 week old Talitha to the size of a mini-watermellon. Um.... Yiiikes!!And what could be worse than that.... How about in one more week she'll be the size of a small pumpkin at 40 weeks. We better have this baby soon before it's too late and she's too big to get out anymore.

Mother Nature does not allow a baby to grow beyond the size that she can get out naturally! AND, a pumpkin, a watermelon, do not flex like a baby's head. So, are we OK to go ahead with this now?!

and stop looking at those pictures! it's not a true comparison.
